Update on the lawsuit against the obama administration over the National Defense Authorization Act.
Birgitta Jonsdottir is a member of Iceland’s Parliament representing the progressive Movement pary, formerly known as the Citizen’s Movement, which is co-founded. She serves on the Parliamentary Environmental and Foreign Affairs committees. The Movement’s platform is to make Iceland an international model for free press and to promote sustainability of her nation’s ecology and environment.
Birgitta is also an accomplished poet, artist, writer and activist, involved in a variety of international organizations including Poets Against the War, Friends of Tibet, in particular serving as a spokesperson for Wikileaks.
Birgitta’s sponsorship and support of Wikileaks was instrumental in making the notorious video of the US airstrike on civilians in Afghanistan – known as the Collateral Murder video -- public. Subsequently in the Department of Justices witch hunts for Wikileak supporters, she herself has been a victim of attempted personal information hacking by the DofJ.

Illegal drugs, governments, banks, America’s economic climate
Catherine Austin Fitts is the president of Solari Inc and the publisher of the Solari Report, which provides investment consultation for shifting wealth away from financial institutions without acting on our best interests.  Earlier, Catherine served as a managing director and a member of the board of directors for the Wall Street investment bank Dillon Read, and was the Assistant Secretary of Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development during the first Bush administration.  After leaving the Bush Administration, Catherine founded The Hamilton Securities Group, Inc., an investment bank and financial software developer named after the first U.S. Secretary of Treasury, Alexander Hamilton. In 1996, she and her successful company became targets of a vicious, longlasting “qui tam lawsuit”, that resulted in the closing of Hamilton Securities.  Fitts was ultimately successful in Court of Claims litigation asserting that the government had no right to withhold monies owed to Hamilton.
To date, she has designed and closed over $25 billion worth of transactions and investments and led investment strategies for over $300 billion in assets and liabilities.

The US’ Drone Warfare and killing by remote control
Medea Benjamin is a cofounder of the anti-war feminist organization Codepink and a co-founder of the international human rights organization Global Exchange. For the past 20 years she has been an advocate for social justice. New York Newsday described Medea as “one of America’s most committed -- and most effective -- fighters for human rights" and the Los Angeles Times called her "one of the high profile leaders of the peace movement." In 2005 she was among exemplary women nominated to receive a collective Nobel Peace Prize for their efforts to promote peace. She has been at the forefront of protesting the war efforts of Bush and Obama and her activities in the Gaza Freedom March and flotilla, and her being arrested in Pakistan for supporting silenced lawyers seeking human rights policies.
In the past she has worked as an economist and nutritionist for the United Nations and World Health Organization. She has diligently fought the World Trade Organization and was responsible for bringing attention to Nike’s and an additional 27 US clothing retailers for capitalizing on sweatshop labor in developing countries.
She is the author of the recent book: “Drone Warfare: Killing by Remote Control” which goes into detail about this stealth weaponry, and its role in shaping US military foreign policies in many nations around the world.
Dr. Jack Rasmus is a professor of political economics at St. Mary’s College and Santa Clara University in California.  Prior to teaching, he was an economic analyst for several global corporations and an organizer, negotiator and business representative for several labor unions. At one time he was elected at the National First Vice President of the National Writers Union.
In addition to his economic profession, Dr. Rasmus is a playwright and author of fictional works dealing with social and labor struggles, and the owner fo Kyklos Productions. Besides his articles for progressive news and commentary sources, he is the author of several books, including “Epic Recession and Global Financial Crisis” which describes the origins and repercussions of increasing financial instability in America.

Dr. Yann Rougier is a medical doctor in France who has devoted over 30 years practicing medicine while researching the intersection of mind, body, nutrition, and the immune system, particularly as it applies to cancer and other degenerative diseases. Psychiatric Drug Withdrawal – strategies and dangers
Dr. Peter Breggin has been called the “conscience of psychiatry” during his outstanding career to reform the mental health field. Dr. Breggin is a Harvard trained psychiatrist and a former consultant for the National Institutes of Mental Health. He is one of the harshest critics of current conventional psychotherapeutic approaches in treating mental disorders in both adults and children, particularly the epidemic use of psychoactive drugs. Along with his wife, he is the founder of the Center for the Study of Empathic Therapy, a non profit organization providing scientific-based information on dangers and adverse effects of psychiatric drugs.
Dr. Breggin has written many important books. His most recent is “Psychiatric Drug Withdrawal: A Guide for Prescribers, Therapists, Patients and the Families” which gives a comprehensive, lay person review of the strategies, stages and symptoms of drug withdrawal.

Senate committee meeting to present arguments against limiting vaccine exemption in NJ
Louise Habakus is the co-founder and Director of theCenter for Personal Rights – a non profile advocacy organization dedicated to the protection of vaccination choice as an essential human and civil right – and sits on the Steering Committee of the Coalition for Vaccine Safety. Before becoming a certified health practitioner in Integrative Nutrition, Louise was a former managing director of Putnam Investments and a corporate VP for Prudential Financial. She has two vaccine injured children which led to her commitment and advocacy for vaccine safety and freedom for vaccine chioice.
Louise is the co-author with NYU Law professor Mary Holland of the recently revised “Vaccine Epidemic: How Corporate Greed, Biased Science and Coercive Government Threaten Our Human Rights, Our Health and Our Children.”

The case against medical/corporate/political science for scientific misconduct regarding the MMR vaccine – exonerating Drs Walker-Smith and Wakefield.. and further corruption in the CDC and FDA
Dr. David Lewis is an internationally recognized research microbiologist and a former senior research microbiologist with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He is the only EPA scientist to have published first-authored research articles in Nature, Lancet and Nature Medicine. Among his better known scientific discoveries is the use of DNA fingerprinting to study effects of climate change on the breakdown of pesticides by bacteria, the standardization of heat sterilization of dental equipment worldwide, and the dangers of sewage sludge farming that led to the EPA to discontinue its use. It was this latter research that was leading to death related incidents of sewage agriculture that led to his removal a the agency and his subsequent whistleblowing. He is now a senior science advisor for the National Whistleblowers Center in Washington DC and a member of its Board and focusing on institutional misconduct and corruption the federal and private health industry.
