News Update: The California Water Crisis – what lies ahead in the future

Matthew Heberger is a Research Associate with the Pacific Institute’s Water Program in Oakland California, a non profit research center that assesses how threats to sustainability, especially on water management and human rights are perceived and solved. He is a licensed professional engineer with a BS in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell and a Masters in Water Resource Engineering from Tufts University. Prior to joining the Institute, Matt worked as a water engineer for a consulting firm in Cambridge Mass and with the Network on Participatory Irrigation Management in Washington DC. The website is PacInst.org
