Dr. Stefan Klein is regarded as one of Germany’s most popular authors and media celebrities on science. He is the former science editor of Der Spiegel and has been in the forefront of novel ways to communicate scientific research to the general public. His earlier books “The Science of Happiness” and “The Secret Pulse of Time” were German bestsellers.

Dr. Klein has degrees in physics and analytical philosophy from the Universities of Munich and Grenoble, and received in his doctorate in biophysics from the University of Freiburg (Fry-burg) in Germany

His most recent book is “Survival of the Nicest: How Altruism Made Us Human and Why It Pays to Get Along”, which has recently been translated into English by The Experiment Publshing. His website is StefanKlein.info
