Today's guest is Dr. Henry Grayson and he is a practicing psychotherapist and the founding-Chairman of the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York City. He was also the founding director of the Institute Spirituality, Science and Psychotherapy and a past president of the Association for Spirituality and Psychotherapy. Dr. Grayson is also a scholar in east-west approaches to mental health. He has written several important books on alternative mental health therapy and on the spiritual dimensions of love and relationships. He hosts a radio show called “Mindful Living” every Monday at 5:00 PM on the internet Progressive Radio Network.
