Why the guilty in Washington and Intelligence agencies dont get tried for their crimes but whistleblowers do
John Kiriakou is a former CIA analyst, counterterrorism operations officer, case office and was a senior investigator for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He was later John Kerry's intelligence adviser. After 911, John was chief of counterterrorist operations in Pakistan, later becoming the Executive Assistant to the CIA's Deputy Director of Operations. Later he turned whistleblower over the CIA's torture policy practiced against prisoners in custody, becoming the first government official to confirm the use of waterboarding on al-Qaeda inmates. He was tried for passing on classified information that included the name of a fellow CIA official to a reporter and served two years in a federal correctional facility. The sixth indicted whistleblower by Obama under the Espionage Act. Nevertheless, John had received 10 exceptional awards from the CIA and the State Department's Meritorious Honor Award. He has received the Joe Callaway Awaqrd for Civic Courage as a national security whistleblower, in 2013 the Peacemaker of the Year Award from the Justice Center, in 2016 the Sam Adams Award. among others. He has written several books, including The Reluctant Spy: My Secret Life in the CIA's War on Terror, and more recently "Doing Time Like a Spy: How the CIA Taught Me to Survive and Thrive in Prison." Opening a new trial case for Sirhan Sirhan, the accused lone assassin of Robert Kennedy -- and the evidence of the murder being a US intelligence-led operation.
William Pepper is an international civil and human rights attorney based in New York best best known for representing Martin Luther King’s accused assassin, James Earl Ray. In 1967, Dr. King had reached out to Dr. Pepper regarding an essay he had written for Ramparts magazine concerning Vietnamese victims of American napalm missions. He was present at Dr. King’s famous Riverside Church speech. William was the citizens chairman for Robert Kennedy’s run for the Senate in Westchester Country and also a counsel for Robert Kennedy’s assassin Sirhan Sirhan arguing for a second shooter, a trial he is now trying to reopen in an international court.. William has received undergraduate and graduate degrees from Columbia, a doctorate in education from the University of Massachusetts, a Juris Doctoral degree from Boston College and also studied at the London School of Ecoomics and Political Science. His most recent book -- “The Plot to Kill King: The Truth Behind the Assassination of Martin Luther King Jr” published by Sky Horse Publishing -- is the result of 39 years of research and gathering of documentation and sworn testimonies on new confirmed information that will revise the history behind the assassination of Dr. King .

The Government's Plans to expand civil asset forfeiture
John Whitehead is a civil attorney and author who has written, debated and practiced widely in the area of constitutional law and human rights for the the persecuted and oppressed. In 1982 he founded The Rutherford Institute, a non-profit civil liberties and human rights organization headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Institute provides legal services to defend civil liberties and programs to educate the public on issues affecting their Constitutional freedoms. John gained international renown for his role as co-counsel in Paula Jones' sexual harassment lawsuit against President Clinton. He has filed numerous amicus briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court and has been co-counsel in several landmark Supreme Court cases. John has been the subject of many newspaper, magazine and television profiles, ranging from Gentleman's Quarterly to CBS' 60 Minutes.
