Today's guest is Kenneth King and he holds a doctorate from the University of Nebraska and and doctorate in Law from Vanderbilt University. He is a recent former faculty member of Western Kentucky University and has taught at several universities in Kentucky, Missouri and Illinois and served as a clerk on the Sixth Circuits Court of Appeals and was an attorney for the Appalchian Research and Defense Fund.
