The need for a revolution in Nutritional Science and failures of reductionist science in understanding the medicinal properties of food

For over forty years Dr. T. Colin Campbell has been at the forefront of nutrition research. He is currently the Jacob Gould Schuman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University . He is also Chairman of Paraclsian Inc and an Advisory Board Member of The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.  Dr. Campbell was the primary force behind the China Project, the most comprehensive study ever performed on animal-based diets’ relationship to disease as a joint venture between Cornell and Oxford universities and the Chinese Academy of Preventative Medicine over a 20 years period.
