Is it possible to see which hospitals gave Fentanyl for pain to patients in the USA? Was the hospital rewarded for doing that like they were for giving Covid shots?

Dear Gary Null, You should be there with Trump and RFK. You are such an individualistic You may not have accepted it. I want to ask your opinion about the ANR method of resetting an addiction . I understand that 24,000 people in Europe have left their addiction and a thousand more in the USA have been helped. I also am aware that many hospitals give Fentanyl to their patients, and they leave with an addiction. I would like to know your opinion and am listening to hear if you broach this subject.
