Eleanor LeCain is an expert in social innovation with over 20 years experience in finding and communicating breakthrough solutions in a variety of fields. She is the president of Breakthrough Way, an organization dedicated to finding cutting edge solutions to improving organizations, leadership and individual lives in order to face the world’s future challenges. Eleanor has a degree in economics from Yale and a degree in law and social policy from the University of Calfiornia at Berkeley. She served as Massachusetts Assistant Secretary of State and was the head of the Blueprint 2000 project for Massachusetts to create a strategic plan for the states future.  She lectures internationally, has led women’s seminars in Afghanistan and is active in initiatives opposing violence towards women.
